Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) in the Australia (Sydney) region. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), authenticated access, and role-based access controls to protect your information.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use third-party advertising. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised usage data (such as page views and visit duration) to help us improve the service. Your data is shared with Google Cloud Platform as our infrastructure provider, under their data processing terms.
Data Retention
We retain your account and deal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your privacy has been breached.
