How to Delete Your Bundle Account
You can delete your account directly from the Bundle app. Follow these steps:
- Open the Bundle app on your device.
- Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account will be deleted immediately.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you no longer need access to the app before proceeding.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:
- Your login credentials and authentication account
- Your user profile (name, email, role, and settings)
What Data Is Retained
Deal records you created are anonymised rather than deleted. This means:
- Your name and company name are removed from your deals.
- The deal data itself (device selections, pricing, terms) is retained for business reporting and record-keeping purposes.
- Anonymised deal records are not linked to any personal information and cannot be traced back to you.
